Breonna's killers are still at large: take action!
It has been more than 100 days since Breona Taylor was shot and killed at her home in Louisville, Kentucky, by officers from the Louisville Police Department (LMPD). The LMPD carried out an illegal drug attack on her home. No officer showed up before breaking through her door and firing 22 shots, shooting Breona eight times, killing her. The police were in the CIRCULAR HOUSE, and the man they were looking for had already been arrested earlier in the day. Breona was not a suspect, she had not committed a crime, and her death was meaningless and tragic.
Only one of the three police officers responsible for Breona's death was fired from the Louisville Police Department, and none of the officers were arrested or charged with her death.
Until the officers who commit crimes are brought to justice, none of our communities is safe!
